We has more than experience in Crew Management which together form the management of a keen, efficient and professional team self motivated people committed to our clients and professional service levels of the company.

We provide high quality service where our customers have total confidence in our ability to manage the human resources where we responsible for on their behalf, leaving them the freedom to concentrate on the other aspects of ship operation.

We offer various Crew Management, combinations which can be designed specifically to your need. We can either provide some of the crew or supply a full crew complement where we take full responsibility for the entire crew. In all cases, we work very closely with you maintaining close contact so that a solid relationship is built up.

We provide a full range of crew from Master and Chief Engineer in different ranks for various types of vessels on foreign principal’s demand and requirement. We have now a big pool of around 1,500 officers/crew in our database. They are well trained from best Maritime institutes as well the selected crews including Master are well scrutinized by Expert and vast experienced selection team. Indonesia seafarers are well reputed and their English skills are well known in the wider domain of shipping world. They are efficient, trustworthy, professional and reliable.

The company has formed and organized an association of seafarers aimed at promoting the welfare of the seafarers and their families. This association is committed to render assistance needed by the member seafarers and their families, because the company believes that the care given to them ensures that the seafarers will be able to perform their duties to the standard required by our principals.

ADISA BAHARI NUSANTARA provides, directs and supplies various vessel crews with the level and skills based on the owner’s request. Our Crew Division of Management provides the professional and experienced crews in various vessels such as: Offshore Industry: AHTS, AHT, SUPPLY BOAT, CREW BOAT, TUG BOAT, SURVEY VESSEL., LANDING CRAFT, TANKER, CARGO, GENERAL CARGO, PETROLEUM TANKERS, LPG, LNG, LONG LINE and TRAWLER FISHING BOAT, CONTAINER, BULK CARRIERS, RORO, CRUISE SHIPS and BARGE.

In recruiting the professional crews, ADISA BAHARI NUSANTARA, cooperates with Crewing Educational Institution and also with the Groups of Indonesian Crews especially in Jakarta. The Groups of Indonesian Crews have hundreds or thousands experiences and professional crews joined in a special place that is called “Home Center”. The cooperation consists of:

1. If there is a job vacancy from our clients, ADISA BAHARI NUSANTARA will give information to the all Home Center by phone, fax, brochure and internet.
2. The Home Center will give the data of crews to ADISA BAHARI NUSANTARA. Then we do some investigations of the data and also interview to ensure whether the crews are appropriate with the client’s request.
3. The proper and qualified crews will be further processed to be a candidate for vessel crews as requested by our clients/owners.
